The Tulsa Folk Music Society, a non-profit organization, was formed March 1984. Its primary purpose has been to promote traditional and contemporary folk music in the Tulsa, OK area. TFMS sponsors 8 to 12 folk music concerts each year featuring well-known, not so well-known, and local folk artists. The concert on April 20, 2007 will be our last concert. Declining attendance and rising costs have made it impractical to continue producing concerts. Please continue to support live music in Tulsa!
